For more than 25 years, Jamie and Donna Winship have worked with leaders in professional sports, business, education, law enforcement and other sectors, to overcome fear and discover their true identity.

After a distinguished career in law enforcement in the metro Washington DC area, Jamie's unique efforts in resolving conflict, led him to conflict areas in the middle east and back to the U.S., where he and his wife, Donna, co-founded Identity Exchange.
